In a case when tournament has started but didn’t complete because of a problem on server side, the next order of calculation and refund is in action:

• If a particular tournament is frozen and no hands have played then all participating players receive their buy-in back to their poker account.
• If a particular tournament is frozen but has not yet entered the payout structure then all remaining players receive their buy-in back to their poker account, plus the remaining pot will be split equally among all players left in the tournament.
• If the tournament is frozen and has entered the payout structure, then the pot is shared out to the players according to the payout structure percentages.
