1. When I choose event, I cannot find the button BET to place bet

This may happen in two cases: you enter the server using guest login, or you have registered but did not make the deposit yet. After you make deposit (see deposit ) the button BET will appear.

2. There are no new events in the betting list.

Below of the betting directory you can find additional filter. In KIND OF SPORT please select ALL, and in TIME OF EVENT select ANY.

3. I have trasferred funds but they doesn't appear in my account.

If you deposited from bank, please send a copy of bank statement and we will refund your account in advance. If you transferred funds by web-based service (MoneyBookers, E-Gold, etc.) or have used credit card, the funds should be at your account within several minutes. If it did not happen, please contact us by e-mail admin@fonbet.com or using internat requests service

4. I am trying to make deposit using credit card, but cannot do it (I got the error 05).

There can be several reasons:
1. You are using Visa Electron or Cirrus Maestro. Unfortunately these cards cannot be used to pay through Internet;
2. Your bank doesn't allow to use cards for Internet payments;
3. Your bank doesn't allow to use cards for Gambling payments;
4. There are not enough funds on your credit card account.

5. I have sent the request to withdraw funds, but money are still on my account.

The time of execution is up to 3 banking days. If it is longer, please make another request. The funds from your Fonbet account are distracted at the moment of transaction, so before this moment you can use these funds for betting. But please notice, if there will be not enough funds at the moment of transfer, you request will be rejected, and you will have to make new request.

6. The event that I was betting to, is already finished but bet is still not settled.

The event settling is executed after each match. If your bet is not settled in time, please make the correspondent Request

7. How to choose my betting currency?

You should no shoose currency during the registration. Your currency of first deposit is the currency for betting. If you wish to choose currency before deposit, please make corresponding request.

8. I played in USD and I would like to play in euro. How should I do this?

You should register again and make request to set new currency for your account. Next you should login to your old account and make request to transfer funds to your new account.

9. I forgot my password

Please send us e-mail to admin@fonbet.com , in the mail please write all the details that you have used during the registration, and we set new password for you.

10. Is it possible to transfer funds to my friend's account?

No. Because of security reasons this is not allowed.

11. I bet system 2/3, I won 2 matches, but my winning is less than bet stake. How it is possible to be?

Yes, it is possible. The system bet is the number of combo bets from the predefined number of events. The overall winning is the sum of winnings of all the combo bets that are included in system bet. In this case only one combo from three that are combined in system has won. Now, if you divide the betting amount by 3 (you get the sum that was placed for each combo), and multiply this sum on odd of winning combo, you will see, that all calculations were correct.

12. Where can I find my registration number?

Click the button "My account". the server will ask you to enter username and password, and you will be redirected to your personal page, and you will find your registration number to the left of your name.

13. I would like to change my name in personal details. How to do this?

If you are going to play for real money, you should use the real details. It is impossible to change name.

14. How to change password?

Click the button "My account". the server will ask you to enter username and password, and you will be redirected to your personal page. Next, click "Personal Card" button to go to page with personal details. Here you can change the password. Because of security reasons we recommend to change the password periodically. Please do not forget your new password, or write it down in secure place.

15. Should I pay some fee while withdraw?

No, we do not charge you any fees during withdrawal. If you withdraw to bank or web-based services (E-gold, etc), the corresponding services charge you some fees.

16. How to deposit via Western Union/Moneygram?

First of all you should contact us by e-mail admin@fonbet.com and get the instruction. Next you should go to nearest office of WesternUnion or other service, and transfer funds. Next, please click the button "My account" on our site and enter your username and password. Next go to Reguests and choose "Western Union Deposit" in the dropdown selection menu. After a little while new form will open, and you should fill in it the following details: transfer service name, amount, city, name and tranfer code, that you have got while transferring funds. Your account will be refilled immediately after request.

19. I try to use automated deposit service and after filling in the form I return back to blank page of request.

Our site use pop-up windows. It is possible that you are using settings of browser, which block pop-up windows. Please change this setting.

20. When I try to deposit from credit card, the download software manager start (Reget or similiar).

During credit card deposit .exe script is using, that start your download manager software. Please turn this soft off during authorisation process.

21. How may I know if there are additional bets on particular event?

If additional bets offer to particular event, the number of this event will appear as button. By clicking this button, you will open the page with additional bets

22. How to display additional bets (exact scores, buys, etc.) in main betting list?

To do this you should use selector boxes in Make bet login page. In opposite, by turning off the buttons which you do not wish to display you make betting line list more compact and fast for download
